Culture, Facilitation & Collaboration
Alongside my design work, I love creating opportunities that bring people together. Whether it’s guiding a team through a sprint, welcoming new coworkers at the auction, or helping plan team events, these moments matter because they build trust, spark collaboration, and strengthen the relationships that make our work better.

Facilitation

Design Sprints and Luma
I’ve facilitated five Design Sprints with cross-functional teams. My role was to guide the process, keep the energy high, and make sure every voice was heard. These sessions always remind me how quickly ideas can grow when people feel safe to share and build on each other’s thinking.

Auction Tours

Building Connections at the Auction
I organize and lead auction tours not just for new teammates, but also for coworkers who want to learn more about a specific part of the auction. These tours are a chance to deepen understanding of how the business works while also strengthening relationships with the auction staff. I enjoy helping teammates build those connections — it creates trust, opens doors, and makes our design work feel even more grounded in the real-world environment.
Team Building

Creating Moments That Connect
I help strengthen our team through a variety of activities — from planning our annual two-day UX Refresh, to organizing lunches for new teammates, to coordinating volunteer events. Each of these moments is an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, have fun, and build trust. Whether we’re collaborating during workshops, sharing a meal, or giving back to the community, these experiences bring people closer, spark meaningful connections, and make our team stronger.
Building Lasting Connections

Friendships That Strengthen Teams
Beyond events, tours, and workshops, I love creating opportunities for teammates to form meaningful, long-term relationships. Whether it’s through casual lunches, volunteer activities, or shared experiences at the auction, these friendships help build trust, improve collaboration, and make our day-to-day work more enjoyable. For me, the strongest teams aren’t just skilled — they’re connected on a human level.
